About us
GMNI is an international accounting association of independent professional accounting firms and business advisers. GMNI and its member firms are separate and independent legal entities operating under local laws and regulations. GMNI, operated by GMNI Coordination Limited an English company limited by guarantee, provides coordination, facilitation and administration services to its members. It is a non-practicing entity and does not provide professional services to clients. Services are provided by member firms. GMNI and its member firms are not agents of, and do not obligate, one another and are not liable for one another’s acts or omissions.
GMNI is an association and does not fall within the definition of a “network” under the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) code of ethics (section 290) and the European Union Statutory Audit (revised 8th Company Law) Directive.

For members and member firms, our website includes a link “Find a Firm”, which lists your firm details, a link to your website, as well as the contact name and email address of the individual(s) that your firm listed as the contact person(s) for GMNI. There is also a News section containing information about your firm, partners, and team members that was submitted to us directly from your firm, and an Our People page, which has information for certain Board members and others.

Aggregated data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity.
